Kim Schumann is a PhD candidate at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology of the University of Cologne. Her dissertation, which is supervised by Prof. Michaela Pelican, deals with new communication media in Cameroon.
In 2016, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and in 2019 attained her master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology, both from the University of Göttingen.
During her undergraduate studies, she worked at the International Writing Centre of the University of Göttingen and she continues to be active as a trainer in the field of academic writing.
